Here's a refreshing drink to help celebrate another summer weekend.
It's a twist on sangria, made with white wine and champagne.
And it has lots of fresh summer fruit too! Feel free to use what is fresh now.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (750 mL) bottle white wine-something crisp
- 1 (750 mL) bottle sparkling white wine-like Prosecco
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 2 kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 3 tablespoons sugar, or more, to taste
- 8 sprigs mint
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large pitcher, whisk together white wines, peaches, kiwis, raspberries and sugar.
- Let chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over ice, garnished with mint, if desired.
- Makes 8 servings
